Machine Type Features

The overall motion control system is developed based on the secondary development of the EatherCat bus numerical control system, featuring high control precision, fast communication speed, strong anti-interference capability, powerful graphic editing functions, and simple operation. The software includes built-in functions such as coaxial CCD positioning, laser altimeter, laser pulse feedback, special cutting process editing, and graphic center point alignment.

The machine tool uses a marble machine table with a linear motor, achieving a positioning accuracy of up to 1μm.

Independently developed advanced laser motion control algorithms improve cutting efficiency.

The cutting slit is finer, the end face quality is more delicate, and the graphitization phenomenon is minimal. Thermal damage at right angles and arcs is small.

Compared with traditional YAG lasers and CO lasers, it eliminates the need for optical lens adjustment, offering maintenance-free operation and high stability. Meanwhile, it has a high photoelectric conversion rate, does not require a chiller for cooling, and the overall power consumption is 1/8 of traditional laser equipment.
