Machine Type Features
■ The overall motion control system is developed based on the secondary development of the EatherCat bus numerical control system, featuring high control precision, fast communication speed, strong anti-interference capability, powerful graphic editing functions, and simple operation. The software includes built-in functions such as coaxial CCD positioning, laser altimeter, laser pulse feedback, special cutting process editing, and graphic center point alignment.
■ The machine tool uses a marble machine table with a linear motor, achieving a positioning accuracy of up to 1μm.
■ Independently developed advanced laser motion control algorithms improve cutting efficiency.
■ The cutting slit is finer, the end face quality is more delicate, and the graphitization phenomenon is minimal. Thermal damage at right angles and arcs is small.
■ Compared with traditional YAG lasers and CO₂ lasers, it eliminates the need for optical lens adjustment, offering maintenance-free operation and high stability. Meanwhile, it has a high photoelectric conversion rate, does not require a chiller for cooling, and the overall power consumption is 1/8 of traditional laser equipment.
