Features and Characteristics

■ The three linear axes (X, Y, Z) plus A and C swing axes form a 45° angular structure rotating axis, achieving five-axis CNC control. The tool is an air-inflated pressure airbag, enabling a small machine tool to process large parts with an AC swing axis five-axis 联动 (five-axis simultaneous) machine tool.

■ Equipped with an in-situ airbag dressing function.

■ Features an automatic tool setting function for components, which can automatically detect and store the XYZ zero coordinates of components and the XYZ coordinates of surface feature points.

■ Has a polishing liquid circulation and filtration system, with dual-channel spraying and dual-channel recycling, monitored by digital flowmeters.

■ Provides precise temperature control for the polishing spindle and polishing liquid system; the temperature accuracy of the polishing liquid is ≤±1°C (under the reference temperature condition of 20°C).

■ Includes a power-off retraction safety protection function.

■ Self-balancing vibration-suppressing airbag tool spindle: During high-efficiency airbag polishing of large-aperture aspherical optical components, chatter may occur in the airbag tool system. A self-balancing vibration-suppressing airbag tool system is developed to enhance the rigidity and stability of the large-aperture aspherical airbag polishing process, improving the accuracy and efficiency of airbag polishing technology.
